The foundation stone set in this building at Mildura Senior College (formally MHS) in 1891, heralded the start of a grand scheme by the Chaffeys that is still in operation today, College Lease. It’s a topic often spoken about in Sunraysia but not well understood. In this episode Bob Walton joins us to outline how the College Lease came about and how it has developed over the years.
