Here’s a news clip that will no doubt interest 1970’s car enthusiasts, featuring a Corvette Stingray. Perhaps brought out as a demo for the current model, we first see this left hand drive car on the showroom floor – most probably at Stuart & Harrisons. Then it’s out on the road for a leisurely drive past the Rowers, on past the Bowling Club and finally parked outside Rio Vista. The Corvette wasn’t a common sight around town with perhaps the most well known owners of this classic car back in the day being Alan Morris and Jim Cavallaro
