Sunraysia’s Local Television News in the past was a very professional affair. Here’s a few segments from a news bulletin broadcast a week before Easter in 1992, featuring news reader Caroline Davey and sports presenter Kim Shaw. A well known identity on Frames of History, Henry Tankard, is interviewed in one of the stories as a spokesman for the ADFA. This recording was found amongst a number of tapes collected by Clem Blake, who kindly provided them for our use.
